FitLight System
The FitLight System is a cutting-edge tool designed to improve sports performance training. Athletes engage in a comprehensive assessment of their visual and cognitive abilities, working with expert optometrists to improve skills necessary for athletic success. The system is made up of a set of wireless, programmable LED lights that can be placed anywhere to create a dynamic training environment. The lights are controlled by a phone application or central hub, which allows the system to be highly customizable. Athletes either strike or pass through the lights in reaction to visual cues, which tests reaction time, agility, and coordination. Optometrists play a crucial role in tailoring the training program to address each athlete's specific needs. Strobe Eyewear
The Senaptec Strobe eyewear is another powerful tool within our Sports Vision program. These = glasses utilize strobing technology to challenge an athlete's visual processing abilities in real-time. By intermittently blocking the athlete's vision, the strobe forces the visual system to adapt and process information more efficiently. Thus, improved reaction times, enhanced decision-making, and heightened spatial awareness.
